Opening of the exhibition Inside

"Ephemeral Earth" is a participative performance questioning the fragile balance of our habitat. Participate in the destruction of a raw clay shelter patiently built by the ceramists of the GADOUE collective. A performance proposed by Etienne Dubernet, Lara Erel and Virginie Pommel aka Elpom.

The 16th edition of the Lyon Biennale is called “Manifesto of fragility”. The municipal museum Paul-Dini is a museum of modern and contemporary art based in Villefranche-sur-Saône. Presenting artworks from the museum’s collection, as well as its latest acquisitions, the Résonance exhibition proposes to question the fragility of human beings in their natural environment.

Invisible/ Invincible is a project of collage in motion, minute and monumental, a body to body with stone. It unfolds, in situ, from inside to outside.

1 itinerary : 5 sites, 5 artists. In resonance with the 16th Biennale of Contemporary Art in Lyon, the New Franco-Chinese Institute presents “Trames”, a new unique artistic circuit.

Since 2014, the Showroom Galerie 7 has been showcasing textile know-how from the five continents, contemporary or ancient. It is supported by the organisers of the International Festival of Extra Ordinary Textiles (FITE).

Crystalline Thresholds | Les Portes de Givre is a series of seven frozen passageways sculpted the Atlantic winds in the winter of 2022/23 by artist Sabine Mirlesse.

The artist François Réau will be present at the Bullukian Foundation for an unique encounter with the public around his monographic exhibition “Destination de nos lointains”.

"Histoires de castor" (Beavers stories) is a webinar organized by the artist Suzanne Husky and her scientific collaborators Hervé Coves, Raphaël Quesada, Marco Ferconi and Alain Canet, whose reflections informed the artist's research that led to the exhibition " Les leçons du peuple des marécages" (Lessons from the marshland peoples).
