For this “Granit and fragile clay” exhibition, the works of ceramists Christine Fabre and Brigitte Long accompany those of painters Maurice Sage and Pierre Souchaud. Some are of a ductility stiffened by fire, others have the formal rigidity of metamorphic rocks….

Exposer des plantes à certaines fréquences sonores facilite leur pousse, la germination de leur graines. Peut-être les oeuvres d’art n’écoutent-elles pas suffisamment de musique? Peut-être devrions-nous leur greffer des oreilles, une chair de poule, des antennes. Les arroser. Soigner leurs racines. En prendre soin.

The Dominican friars are pleased to welcome Giuseppe Penone for a new exhibition in their convent.
Works have been specifically created by the artist to reveal a subtle dialogue between concrete architecture and nature.
Giuseppe Penone wishes to seize the opportunity to exhibit within the convent to renew the gaze on his works.

A wind of change blows through the 16th Lyon Contemporary Art Biennale due to its two new curators Sam Bardaouil and Till Fellrath. Main goal seems to make contemporary art more accessible, more inclusive to all audiences its supposed to be address to. NörKa's gallery team is convinced that art is one of the most powerful path to exchange, to share with other human being.
