The Chapel was built in the 17th century with the Hôtel-Dieu des Quatre-Rangs, characterized by its small dome. Both hospitable and open to the city, it has been independent of the Grand Hôtel-Dieu since 2018. The Hospices Civils de Lyon have been completely restoring it since 2012 thanks to public authorities, donors and patrons, and organize cultural and artistic activities throughout throughout the year in this otherwise consecrated building.
