Through a succession of stories, the series aims to capture the beauty of snatches of dance right at the heart of the action, and thus reveal the precious instant when consciousness switches over to instinct, identity, protest, tradition, escape… What is the source of this force that sets humans in motion? And, quite simply, why do people dance?
