Exhibition "I was here.", Xiaojun Song, from November 23, 2022 to January 14, 2023
After a first successful solo exhibition at the Petite Galerie in 2021, we are organizing the second solo exhibition of Xiaojun Song at the big gallery. It is a new opportunity to show the work of this Chinese artist who, on the occasion of this event, will present several sculptures and installations in dialogue with her series of drawings in chinese ink Meditations.
"The fragility of being alone, the fragility of being invisible, the fragility of being uprooted ; we are floating in all the corners of this world. We are sensitive, we do not manage to express ourselves, we do not find a person to listen to us ; but we leave our trace, even if this trace is invisible. We live, we breathe. I want to mark each second, each breath with the trace of a line. Each second I catch is the manifest of my fragility. My silence and invisibility constitute my existence."
