Exhibition organised within the framework of the International Festival of Extra Ordinary Textiles (FITE) and the Saison croisée France Portugal of Institut Français.
Ten contemporary Portuguese artists echo ten artists from France presented at Paços dos duques de Guimaraes in Portugal. Curated by Claudia Melo, artistic director of Contextile in collaboration with Pauline Goutain, deputy director of MARQ.
Open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 6pm, Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 12pm and from 1pm to 6pm. Closed on Mondays 1 January, 1 May, 1 November and 25 December. Free on 17 and 18 September on the occasion of the European Heritage Days and every first Sunday of the month. Guided tours: Price: admission + €4.50 - Duration: about 1 hour
